And a lot of that was reading the books that Bob was reading about mental health, about CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT, TFT (touch feel therapy). There’s a lot of things that – a lot of tools that we were able to explore together. And in that way, in reading those books, we were speaking the same language as well when it came to his mental health. And the other part of that was just listening. Having a plan for when things were bad. So, we would, we had a written plan for bad days. Where we would meditate, play a game – cause getting a different part of your brain to fire is a good thing to do when you’re in hot cognition. So, we would play a card game to sort of take us out of the moment and to help us to use a different part of the brain. So there’s lots of little things that we do but just listening is really important as well. Listening and just being there. And for your partner, or whoever it is that’s going through this, for them to know that you’re not going anywhere. I hope that helps.
